Assessment and Metrics Development: TNH will evaluate opportunities for the highest impact results and provide a priority report based on stakeholder interviews, operations assessment and data analysis. The current state culture will be evaluated as well as opportunities for application of Variability Methodology.

Lean Process and Six Sigma: Training and implementation of Priority Projects.

Variability Methodology/Smoothing: Variability methodology identifies artificial variability in patient
flow. Smoothing helps reduce this variability resulting in improved throughput, better access, and
reduction in waiting times. TNH will review your scheduling practices and volume and recommend
strategies for implementation.

Mentoring/Coaching: TNH will provide mentoring and coaching while working alongside your staff
to keep the project on task, create buy-in, and engage your stakeholders.

Change Management Structure Development: The initial assessment includes an evaluation of your
system's current-state culture. TNH will provide recommendations and will also “Partner in the Pain”
to progress through the phases of creating a culture of change/quality.
